We have great news to share! The team member who was exposed has tested negative for COVID-19. Other team members have tested negative as well. This means that there was no exposure in the workplace. Our workshop has already undergone a full sanitization and we’re happy to say that those of us who have been cleared to safely return are back to work today.
Despite the exposed team member testing negative, they are still undergoing a mandatory quarantine in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
Here at Clionadh we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and our customers, so we wanted to share a little bit about how we keep our space clean, COVID-19 free and safe for all.
- Every employee is outfitted with a lab coat, hair net, mask and latex-free gloves fresh every shift.
- A daily COVID-19 symptoms checklist is completed before being able to start a shift.
- Workstations and surfaces are sanitized multiple times a day.
- Communal spaces, like the break room, are sanitized after each use.
- Employees take breaks one at a time.
- Tools, pens etc. are sanitized before and after tasks.
Please note that these protocols are our required hygiene standards due to the nature of the product type. Regardless of the COVID-19 pandemic, this is something we maintain, and will continue to, year-round.
Thank you to everyone for the well wishes you have sent our team. It’s been a stressful few days, but we are extremely happy to be able to safely work again.
We apologize to those whose orders have been delayed because of this. The team member who is in quarantine holds a very pivotal role here. Being that we are a small team, we will continue to feel the effects of their absence until they are able to return.
Those who have been able to return are currently working on the remaining non-preorders. There are only a few hundred non-preorders left total from the holiday sale, these are in the #CC3000 - #CC5400 range. We’ll be able to provide a more specific update in a couple days once we see where we are at this week.
