Black Friday Shipping Update (1)

Happy Sunday! Our team is currently working to finish all FedEx and DHL Express packages up to #CC53900, these will be completed on Monday. We have also completed any pick-up orders within this range and notified recipients.

Our current goal is to have all FedEx, DHL Express and pick-up orders completed by the end of this week or early next.

If your order number is in this range (up to #CC53900) and you have not received a shipping notification, then your purchase either contains a January preorder item, or shipping with Canada Post has been selected. Any order with Canada Post shipping cannot be dispatched until the postal strike has ended. At present, the strike is ongoing, but our team continues to monitor the news daily for updates.

If you currently have shipping with Canada Post and would like to change your shipping method, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Due to the strike, we are not able to get daily pick-ups with FedEx, as they are experiencing overflow and backlogs. So please allow extra time once you receive your tracking number for the courier to pick it up.

While our team is doing their best to get all FedEx, DHL Express and pick-ups done in the above mentioned timeframe, please be reminded that we are still operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline

The Clionadh workshop will be closed for the holidays between December 23rd - January 1st. The last day to pick up an order is December 19th.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate the various hurdles this holiday season. We will make sure everyone receives their order, regardless of chosen shipping method.
