Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, any order that chooses shipping with a Canada Post service (Tracked & Expedited Packets, International Air and XpressPost) will be held until the strike has ended and work has resumed. Even when service does resume, please note that Canada Post will likely be facing backlogs, which will lead to longer transit times. Please take this into consideration when making your purchasing decisions.
At this time we do not know how long the strike will continue, but our team is keeping a close watch on all news regarding the situation and will continue to update our Shop Updates page when more information becomes available.
Any orders that choose DHL Express, FedEx or the local pick-up option will process and be fulfilled in sequence. We estimate shipping for these to start on Tuesday, December 3rd. Because of the extra complexities involved with processing this sale, we will be operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline. With this, processing could take between 1-20 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays).
⚠️ We cannot guarantee arrival in time for the holidays, however our team will do their best to get orders shipping with DHL Express, FedEx or the local pick-up option ready and out the door as soon as possible.
