We're pleased to say that Pick Your Potion preorders have begun shipping as of this week, and we are also working our way through orders from the holiday launch on November 19th.

US orders have started to ship with the new shipping method, USPS via Chit Chats. We estimate to be caught up on all US non-preorders by the end of this week. Pick Your Potion preorders are still on track to begin shipping at the end of November for everyone.

Shipping from our fall release is in full swing! Currently our team is working on completing orders up #CC64766. Those who have selected to pick-up their order from us locally are being contacted as the orders are ready to be collected. We will continue with orders #CC64767 and onward this coming week.

US Tariff & Order/Preorder Updates (2)

Please read for important information regarding U.S. orders. Due to new customs requirements and high courier fees, we've temporarily paused U.S. shipping. While our products remain tariff-exempt, unexpected processing fees and shipping delays are affecting order fulfillment.
We're actively working on solutions, including alternative shipping methods, and will reach out directly to U.S. customers with outstanding orders. In the meantime, you can choose to hold, pay applicable fees, or request a refund.
