Since the US tariff implementation last Friday, we have continued doing additional research now that more information is available. Based on our findings, our products should be exempt from tariffs under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) since they are manufactured in Canada (and meet very specific criteria).

As of August 29th, the de minimis rule (which is the rule that allows parcels valued up to $800 USD enter duty-free) is set to end for all countries. This means that all packages imported into the USA will be subject to tariffs, including our Clionadh Cosmetics packages from Canada.
