Route - A New Way to Protect your Clionadh Packages

Clionadh Cosmetics is happy to announce a partnership with Route to offer customers low-cost insurance coverage. Route will fully protect you in cases of lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. This “peace of mind” add-on option will be your point of contact for any transit-related claims.
When you protect your Clionadh Cosmetics order with Route, you will be able to easily submit a ticket and they will guide you through each step of the process should any shipping issues arise. Route will be able to assist you with a refund or replacement in situations where packages are:
  • Lost in transit
  • Marked as “delivered” but haven’t arrived
    Route Package Insurance
  • Delivered to the wrong address
  • Damaged in transit
  • Replaced yet have additional customs fees

All orders going forward will have Route automatically added upon checkout. If you wish to opt out of additional insurance, simply toggle the “Shipping Protection” button off in your cart prior to checking out.

The cost of Route is calculated based on the subtotal of the order. For orders under $100 USD, the cost of Route Package Protection is only $0.98 USD. For orders over $100 USD, Route Package Protection is only 2.5% of the subtotal of your order.
