European Union Shipping Update: Facing PPWR 🇪🇺

Due to the European Union's new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) regulations that come into effect on August 12th, 2026, we are sad to announce that we have to temporarily suspend all shipping methods into EU countries for the foreseeable future (any outstanding orders are being taken care of ahead of this closure).

While our team has spent the last two years working with a compliance agency in order to be able to continue selling into the EU, PPWR is something completely new that not even our compliance agency has a full understanding of. It is also in addition to the new customs rules that were implemented on July 1st, which resulted in the Canada Post service suspension last month.

We are working closely with our couriers and compliance experts to see how we may be able to navigate this obstacle and resume shipping. We do not have an estimation on when this may be restored at this time, but we encourage you to shop with our European wholesalers in the interim: Monolith Beauty, By Rogue, Nailland.
