Section 338 tariff is live as of Saturday, August 22nd; we have removed all nail polish products from our US catalogue for the time being as a result.

With a lot of hard work, our team was able to get all US Anniversary Sale orders out the door and in Chit Chats' hands as of last Friday, August 14th.

The Section 338 tariff, which was supposed to come in effect on August 19th, was put on a 3-day hold. We expect to have more information on Saturday and will update again then.

Due to the European Union's new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) regulations that come into effect on August 12th, 2026, we are sad to announce that we have to temporarily suspend all shipping methods into EU countries for the foreseeable future.
