Black Friday Shipping Update (3)

With the Canada Post strike having officially ended on December 17th our team was allowed to begin shipping held Canada Post orders on December 19th.
All Canada Post orders that had been pre-boxed prior to the end of the strike were collected, and we were able to move on and finish ones that weren't pre-boxed. We did our best to complete as many as possible within the limited window prior to the holiday break and completed up to #CC54200. However, not all from this range were able to be picked up. Any order that received a tracking number, but has not seen movement yet, will be updated upon our team's return once the carrier has collected the package.
As of December 20th, all parcels that were stuck in the Canada Post mail stream from prior to the strike should have seen movement within the tracking number. If there are any further issues with the transit of these parcels, please contact our Customer Care Team and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
We are currently on a short break from December 24th - January 1st. Any orders that did not receive a tracking number will be completed once our team returns. We will have limited access to emails during this time, so please expect a delayed response. We appreciate your patience and will get back to everyone as soon as we are able to. Our next update will be posted after we return and resume shipping again.
