US Customs and USPS Processing Delays

It has come to our attention that some packages bound for America with USPS are experiencing heavy delays through customs. In particular, we are seeing this occur frequently through the Chicago International Distribution Centre, a customs port between Canada and the US.

Affected orders are still on their way, however there may be an extended wait time as customs processes parcels. Once the package has departed from this facility, it will be handed over to USPS and delivered through their network.

Shipping to the UK Temporarily Suspended

Due to the changing laws with Brexit, there have been a series of new rulings that have impacted businesses worldwide. As a result, we unfortunately have had to temporarily suspend shipping to the UK for any new orders.

Current outstanding orders placed before February 24th are processing and will be dispatched on schedule.

Processing Delay at Mississauga Depot

Canada Post has experienced delays in having parcels leave their Mississauga facility as a result of COVID-19 impacts. But there is good news as of this week; employees were able to safely return to work this past weekend and have made significant progress in catching up on the backlog. Tracking numbers will continue to update as they process parcels. Thank you for your patience!
