SGC 7-Year Anniversary Sale Shipping Update (2)

All non-preorders up to Thursday, May 7th have been completed! Any from this range that have not been picked up yet will be picked up either on Friday or Monday.

Our team was also able to begin shipping mid-May preorders early! Fulfillment and shipment began this week. We anticipate finishing shipping all preorders by the end of next week.

Please be reminded that we pre-print shipping labels, so once a tracking number has been received, that order then goes on to be wrapped and boxed before being collected. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Tracking numbers will typically update within 24-48 business hours once received (if not shipping with Chit Chats).

For any orders shipping with Chit Chats within Canada or the United States, these tracking numbers will update once Chit Chats has handed them over to their delivery partner (USPS or Dragonfly). If you would like to track your package through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.

Processing time has been switched back to 1-5 business days.
