Thank you to everyone who shopped our SGC 7-Year Anniversary Sale! As of today, the team has completed non-preorders up to #CC70631, anything that has not been picked up from this batch will be collected on Friday or Monday. Non-preorders #CC70632 and onward will continue on Monday and through the rest of next week.
For those who have a mid-May preorder, the mini palettes for the Glow Quad are currently in transit to us. Once they arrive, we'll be able to provide more information on when those will ship.
Please be reminded that we pre-print shipping labels, so once a tracking number has been received, that order then goes on to be wrapped and boxed before being collected. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Tracking numbers will typically update within 24-48 business hours once received (if not shipping with Chit Chats).
For any orders shipping with Chit Chats within Canada or the United States, these tracking numbers will update once Chit Chats has handed them over to their delivery partner (USPS or Dragonfly). If you would like to track your package through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.
Processing will remain at 1-15 business days while we wrap up the remainder of orders.
