Mid-February Preorder Shipping Update (2)

Great news! All mid-February preorders have been completed as of yesterday, along with any non-preorders up to Friday afternoon. Any orders that have had the shipping label created and didn't get out the door today will be picked up on Monday.

The Famous Paintings: Love & Loss Collection is also officially off preorder and available for standard purchase. We will be restocking this collection as soon as we are able to. You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications under the listings.

Please be reminded that we pre-print shipping labels. So once a tracking number has been received, that order then goes on to be wrapped and boxed before being collected. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Tracking numbers will typically update within 24-48 business hours once received (for those not shipping with USPS via Chit Chats).

For those shipping with USPS to the United States, these tracking numbers will update once on US side and scanned into USPS' system. If you would like to track your package while on the Canadian side through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.
