Holiday Launch Shipping Update

We're happy to say that the shipment of mini quads we were waiting on arrived much earlier than expected, as such, our team was able to process and ship almost all orders, including anyone with a preorder for the shadow Holiday Countdown Box well ahead of schedule.

From our last update, it has been announced by Canada Post that starting on Friday, November 15th their workers are on strike across the country. This means an immediate, but temporary, halt to shipping services through Canada Post while negotiations continue. This includes parcel pick-ups from the Clionadh workshop and movement within the Canada Post network for already-shipped packages.

Of the packages that we shipped, many were able to make it to USPS' network prior to the strike. However, for any that are still in Canada Post's hands, rest assured that your package is safe within their mail stream while the strike is on. Once work resumes, your package will be on its way again. In the meantime, we recommend turning on text or emails notifications through the Canada Post website using your tracking number.

We understand any frustrations you may experience as a result of the strike; our team is with you and very much feels the impact of this. We are diligently keeping on top of the situation and will update as soon as we know more. We appreciate your understanding.
