Halloween Launch + Important US Shipping Updates (2)

Happy Monday! We’re happy to say that US orders have started to ship with the new shipping method, USPS via Chit Chats. This is also a shipping option you can now select when checking out on our website.

By default, all current US orders in our system will be shipping with Chit Chats. And going forward we will only be using FedEx if that is the method that was selected at checkout. Please be aware that choosing FedEx International Connect Plus will likely result in additional customs duty fees to be collected on or after delivery.

We estimate to be caught up on all US non-preorders by the end of this week. Pick Your Potion preorders are still on track to begin shipping at the end of November for everyone.
