9-Year Annversary Sale Shipping Update

Hats off to our team! They worked incredibly hard over the last week and a half, and as of Friday morning, every non-preorder has either been dispatched or is just finishing processing. We have one last batch of orders remaining that will be getting out the door on Monday. If you have not received your tracking number, please check for an address confirmation email from us.

Please note you may see delays with packages processing through customs leading up to the August 29th deadline. This is due to many others trying to get packages across the border.

All orders that remain are preorders (or standard orders after Friday morning). Preorders will ship all together, in accordance with the preorder timelines, once the products are ready.

As of right now, it looks like tariffs on goods shipped into the US are still set to go through. We are actively working on a way that tariffs will be calculated, charged and collected on our site directly so our US customers do not have to worry about surprise payments come delivery time. We will have more information to share on that next week.

Please be reminded that all preorders will fall into the period where tariffs are active. We are also working on a way you can make these payments retroactively as well.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported the Anniversary Sale! Clionadh Cosmetics would not be turning 9 years old this month without all of you. While we do not know exactly what to anticipate over the next week, we will do our best to navigate through it together.
