SGC 5-Year Anniversary Shipping Update (1)

A huge thank you to everyone who supported the 5-Year Anniversary Sale of our Stained Glass Collection, shipping is well underway!

Currently our team is finishing orders up to #CC46560. Postal couriers will be picking up the remaining packages from this batch on Tuesday. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned.

Orders from #CC46561 and onward will begin processing on Tuesday and throughout the rest of next week, with shipping emails being sent as each label is printed. Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received.

As we ship out orders from the sale, just a reminder that we are operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline. With this, processing could be anywhere between 1-20 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays).

Lastly, kindly note our Customer Care Team is a bit behind on email responses. If anyone is still waiting on a reply, please expect one this week. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
