Preorder + Mixology Launch Shipping Update

We are excited to say we are at the end of the preorder road. All preorders prior to the Mixology: Saison d'Amour launch have been dispatched, and all preorder listings have been transitioned and are now available for regular sale. Any orders with these products will be treated as a standard purchase.

As for our Mixology launch, our team is working on completing orders up to #CC44291. Postal couriers will be picking up the remaining packages from this batch on Wednesday. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. We also estimate to be caught up on all other outstanding orders by the end of this week. Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received.

We have also transitioned back to our Standard Processing Timeline, which means orders will be dispatched within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.

Lastly, kindly note our Customer Care Team is a bit behind on email responses. If anyone is still waiting on a reply, please expect one this week. We are currently working to get back to everyone as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.
