Due to COVID-19, border closures have restricted flight capacity causing a temporary suspension on all air services via Canada Post to Australia and New Zealand.
Canada Post has informed us that all parcels currently in transit should reach their destination. However, if you encounter delivery issues, please contact Customer Care and we will do our best to assist.
In the interim, we have set up an alternative shipping option through DHL Express, which is currently available. Please note that this service does come with a higher shipping cost compared to Canada Post's international delivery methods.
