New Year Sale Shipping Update (2)

Our team continues to work through orders from the New Year Sale. Currently we are finishing non-preorders up to #CC68392, orders #CC68393 and onward will continue through the rest of this week. This range does not include any mid-February preorders that contain the Famous Paintings Collection.

With the holiday long weekend coming up, we are endeavouring to have most of our non-preorder shipping completed this week. We will post another update at the end of this week to let you know where we get to.

For mid-February preorders, packaging is currently in transit and is estimated to reach us within the next 7 business days. We will be boxing and shipping these preorders the moment they arrive; we'll put out another notice once we have received them, with an estimated completion timeline for preorders.

Please be reminded that we pre-print shipping labels. So once a tracking number has been received, that order then goes on to be wrapped and boxed before being collected. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Tracking numbers will typically update within 24-48 business hours once received (for those not shipping with USPS via Chit Chats).

For those shipping with USPS to the United States, these tracking numbers will update once on US side and scanned into USPS' system. If you would like to track your package while on the Canadian side through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.

We will continue to operate under the 1-10 business day processing time until we finish up sale orders. Keep an eye out for your shipping emails.
