January Preorder Update (3)

Hope you're having a good weekend! All January preorders have either been completed and dispatched or are in the final stages of fulfillment and set to be picked up next week. Due to the forecasted weather conditions, we do anticipate for there to potentially be pick-up and transportation delays. So please expect longer than usual for tracking numbers to update.

For those shipping with USPS to the United States, these tracking numbers will update once on US side and scanned into USPS' system. If you would like to track your package while on the Canadian side through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.
