January Preorder Update (2)

Happy Sunday! Preorder production and shipping has been going very well. Our team caught up on all on non-preorders early last week and has transitioned back to our standard 1-5 business day processing time.

Preorder production is nearly complete, we're down to the last few items to be made. We anticipate for both production and shipping for January preorders to be completed this coming week. As items are prepared, and once everything is ready for a preorder, we orders are shipping in sequence.

Shipping emails are sent as each label is printed, as we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received (for those not shipping with Chit Chats). Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. 

For those shipping with USPS to the United States, these packages get handed off to Chit Chats on the Canadian side, who then drive everything across the border. Since the tracking you receive is a USPS number, this will not update until it has reached the US side and is scanned into USPS' system. Please allow a few extra days for this once you receive the tracking number. If you would like to track your package while on the Canadian side through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.
