January Preorder Shipping Update (1)

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break. Order processing resumed on January 2nd and we're happy to say everything is going according to schedule.

Now that January is upon us, January preorders are being dispatched. Currently our team is finishing orders up to #CC29586, this includes all January preorders that were placed between Black Friday and December 25th, and all non-preorders up to the start of the sale on December 26th. Postal couriers will be picking up the remaining packages from this batch on Monday and Tuesday. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned.

Orders from our End-of-Year Sale (#CC29587 and onward) are on track to start processing this coming Monday and proceed throughout the rest of next week. We will continue shipping these in sequence through January until completed.

Just a reminder that we are still operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline as we work through sale orders. With this, processing could be anywhere between 1-20 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays).
