Halation Holos Shipping Update (1)

Thank you so much for all the love you have show the new Halation Holos Collection!

Our team was able to begin shipping right away on the day of the launch and is currently working on orders up to CC71500. Please note our team is taking the Canada Day holiday on the 3rd and will be out of office today. Shipping will resume on Monday, July 6th.

For any orders shipping with Chit Chats within Canada or the United States, these tracking numbers will update once Chit Chats has handed them over to their delivery partner (USPS, Dragonfly or Canada Post). If you would like to track your package through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.

For anyone who has an order effected by the Canada Post EU shipping suspension, our team has reached out with options, please see our email for further details.

Just a reminder that processing time is currently at 1-10 business days while we process through all orders from the launch.
