Fall Launch Shipping Update (1)

Shipping from our fall release is in full swing! Currently our team is working on completing orders up #CC64766. Those who have selected to pick up from us locally are being contacted as orders are ready to be collected. We will continue with orders #CC64767 and onward this coming week.
Canada Post shipping is also back up as an option on our website for destinations outside of the US. Please see the other Shop Update for full details on what to expect when using this service.
Please be reminded that our processing time is between 1-10 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays).
Our Customer Care Team continues to receive a high volume of emails during the changing tariffs situation and the ongoing Canada Post strike. Please expect a longer than normal response time on inquiries. We appreciate your patience as we work to get back to everyone.
