End-of-Year Sale + Preorder Shipping Update (1)

Happy Sunday! Shipping for our End-of-Year sale is well underway, and so is production on preorder items.

Currently our team is finishing non-preorders up to #CC42899. Postal couriers will be picking up the remaining packages from this batch on Monday. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned.

Non-prerders from #CC42900 and onward will begin processing on Tuesday and throughout the rest of next week, with shipping emails being sent as each label is printed. Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received.

Good news regarding end-of-January preorders: between the product batches our team is currently making, and the bit of leftover inventory from the Holiday Countdown Boxes, some preorders have also started to ship! We are pulling in sequence as products are ready and will continue as items are made. If your order contains even one preorder product, then the entire order is considered a preorder and will ship all together.

As we ship out orders from our End-of-Year sale, just a reminder that we are operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline. With this, processing could be anywhere between 1-20 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays).
