Dragon Fruit Relaunch Shipping Update (1)

Happy Sunday! Shipping for orders from the Dragon Fruit Collection relaunch is well underway, we are currently over halfway through.

As of Friday, our team completed non-preorders up to #CC46077; postal couriers picked up the remaining packages from this batch that same day. 

Non-prerders from #CC46078 and onward will begin processing on Monday and throughout the rest of next week, with shipping emails being sent as each label is printed. Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received.

Just a reminder that our current processing time is between 1-10 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays). Mid-June preorders are still scheduled to follow their own timeline. If your order contains even one preorder product, then the entire order is considered a preorder and will ship all together.

Our team is also three quarters of the way through replies for the replacement request emails we received the week of the launch. Any remaining emails regarding this will receive a response this week. We also have more replacements going out the door over the next few days.
