December Shipping Update (2)

Happy New Year everyone! We're back in action with our first update of the year.

Our team is working to finish up any non-preorders remaining from December up to current. Currently we are completing orders up to #CC67255. This range does not include 2026 preorders. Preorder production is currently underway and we expect to begin shipping 2026 preorders this week as well. Preorders will be shipped once everything for that order is ready to go.

Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Shipping emails are being sent as each label is printed, as we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received (for those not shipping with Chit Chats).

Special note for those shipping with USPS via Chit Chats. For these, we hand packages off to Chit Chats on the Canadian side, who then drive everything across the border. Since the tracking you receive is a USPS number, this will not update until it has reached the US side and is scanned into USPS' system. Please allow a few extra days for this once you receive the tracking number.

Due to severe weather conditions, Chit Chat experienced a short delay with packages crossing the border and getting into USPS' hands over the holidays. This have since been resolved, but estimated delivery times may been a bit later than your tracking number initially stated.

While we finish up orders from the holidays, we will continue to operate under our High Volume Processing Timeline, which is between 1-20 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays). We will be switching back to our Standard Processing Timeline of 1-5 business days in the very near future.
