Our team has absolutely crushed shipping over the last few days. As of this morning, all orders have been completed with the exception of a few address confirmations (please check your emails if you have not received a tracking number), and orders waiting to be picked up.
Please be reminded that we pre-print shipping labels, so once a tracking number has been received, that order then goes on to be wrapped and boxed before being collected. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned. Tracking numbers will typically update within 24-48 business hours once received (for those not shipping with USPS via Chit Chats).
For those shipping with USPS to the United States, these tracking numbers will update once on US side and scanned into USPS' system. If you would like to track your package while on the Canadian side through Chit Chats, please contact our Customer Care Team for a separate tracking ID.
Order processing time has also switched back to our standard 1-5 business days.
