Happy holidays! We’re very happy to say that we’re nearly caught up on all orders, we have less than 500 remaining, approximately half of which are January preorders.
Currently our team has finished non-preorders up to #CC29268. Due to the snowstorm, Canada Post had an earlier pick-up today than normal. This means that not all packages from this range were able to be picked up and scanned unfortunately. The remaining packages are ready and will be picked up on January 3rd once our team returns from the break and after the holiday.
Please note that our workshop will be closed with our team on holiday from December 24th – January 1st, we’ll return on January 2nd to resume orders. Orders #CC29269+ will continue processing and shipping on Monday, January 2nd and throughout the rest of that week.
Preorders are also scheduled to start processing and shipping in the first week of January. These will proceed in sequence starting with #CC27588. Just a reminder that an order containing any preorder items will fall into the preorder category.
Until we are completely caught up on orders, we will remain under our High Volume Processing Timeline. With this, processing could be anywhere between 1-20 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays).
During the holiday closure, our Customer Care Team will have limited access to emails, so please expect a delayed response time. Your patience is much appreciated during this time.
