6th Anniversary Sale Shipping Update (1)

Happy Sunday! Here is our next shipping update.

As of Friday, our team has completed all orders up to #CC24425, these have also already been picked up by the carrier. If you have not received a shipping confirmation and are within this batch, please check your inbox for an email from us, as we may need to confirm some details prior to shipping your package.

Orders from #CC24426 and onward will begin processing and shipping on Monday, with shipping emails being sent as each label is printed. Please note we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update due to pick-up schedules.

Just a reminder that we are still operating under our High Volume Processing Timeline as we work through sale orders. With this, processing could be anywhere between 1-20 business days, depending on where an order is in the queue (this does not include weekends and holidays). We continue to progress through orders in the sequence they were received.

Please note at this time we have an extended email response time between 1-5 business days. If you send us an email, a Customer Care representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
