Holiday Launch Shipping Update (1)

Happy Wednesday! We're pleased to say that Pick Your Potion preorders have begun shipping as of this week, and we are also working our way through orders from the holiday launch on November 19th. As we continue to get used to the new US shipping system, we do anticipate to take the full processing time to complete the remainder of orders (up to 10 business days). 

Our Customer Care Team continues to receive a high volume of emails, please expect a longer than normal response time on inquiries. Our team is doing their best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible, we appreciate your patience.

We can't wait for everyone to receive their new orders - especially the Countdown Boxes. Don't forget to tag us on your socials when they arrive.
