Anniversary Sale + Halloween Launch Shipping Update 📬

We are happy to announce that all remaining preorders from our Anniversary Sale will be completed this week, as we are down to final 150. With all the hard work our team has put in, we were able to start end-of-September preorders well ahead of time and completed 80% by the initial estimated start date (end of September). Thank you so much for your support, keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation.

Our team is also working on processing orders from the Halloween launch. By the end of this week, we anticipate to be through the first 30%. Our goal is to have all Halloween orders completed by the end of next week, with the exception of any orders that contains a mid-November preorder item. 

Shipping emails are being sent as each label is printed, as we pre-print shipping labels before moving on to wrap and box an order. Please allow for 24-48 business hours for a tracking number to update once received. Tracking numbers will update once they are in the carrier's hands and have been scanned.

A small reminder about our preorder timelines. The shipping timeframe on every preorder product listing is our estimated start time to begin shipping preorders. However, our team always does their best to begin earlier if possible if we receive supply shipments early, as we were able to do with the Anniversary Sale.
