US Customs and USPS Processing Delays

It has come to our attention that some packages bound for America with USPS are experiencing heavy delays through customs. In particular, we are seeing this occur frequently through the Chicago International Distribution Centre, a customs port between Canada and the US.

Affected orders are still on their way, however there may be an extended wait time as customs processes parcels. Once the package has departed from this facility, it will be handed over to USPS and delivered through their network.

We're happy to say that all preorders have been completed as of last week. Remaining inventory on the site been transitioned to non-preorder and processing is back to our standard time for all orders.

Our team is currently working through the final range of preorders between #CC6001 - #CC6344. This will complete all orders up to April 25th.

Our team is currently working through preorders between #CC5501 - #CC6000. We anticipate to be shipping this range all this coming week and aim to have them all picked up by the postal pick-up cutoff time on Friday. If any do not make this, they will be held and picked up the following Monday, April 26th.

Preorder Shipping Update (7)

Our team is currently progressing through preorders in the #CC5001 - #CC5500 range. The remainder of this batch will be shipping all this coming week. 

We will also start processing preorders between #CC5501 - #CC6000 next weekend, with the first batch going out the door on Monday, April 19th.
