In light of Canada Post being back strike, we have decided to offer a pick-up option at checkout for local customers. We understand that courier services can be cost-prohibitive and wanted to give you an extra way to save.

We're happy to say that shipping to the US has been reopened! At this time we only have FedEx's International Connect Plus service available.

Late on Thursday, September 25th, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) representing Canada Post workers, without warning, launched a national strike that was effective immediately. As a result, all Canada Post shipping services have been ceased and the services temporarily suspended from our website. FedEx and DHL shipping options remain as available alternatives.

New Update > October 14th

Please read for important information regarding U.S. orders. Due to new customs requirements and high courier fees, we've temporarily paused U.S. shipping. While our products remain tariff-exempt, unexpected processing fees and shipping delays are affecting order fulfillment.

We're actively working on solutions, including alternative shipping methods, and will reach out directly to U.S. customers with outstanding orders. In the meantime, you can choose to hold, pay applicable fees, or request a refund.

Since the US tariff implementation last Friday, we have continued doing additional research now that more information is available. Based on our findings, our products should be exempt from tariffs under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) since they are manufactured in Canada (and meet very specific criteria).
