Due to COVID-19, border closures have restricted flight capacity causing a temporary suspension on all air transit services via Canada Post to Australia and New Zealand. In the interim, we have set up an alternative shipping option through DHL Express, which is currently available.

US Customs and USPS Processing Delays

It has come to our attention that some packages bound for America with USPS are experiencing heavy delays through customs. In particular, we are seeing this occur frequently through the Chicago International Distribution Centre, a customs port between Canada and the US.

Affected orders are still on their way, however there may be an extended wait time as customs processes parcels. Once the package has departed from this facility, it will be handed over to USPS and delivered through their network.
