DESCRIPTION
Cerebral Cortex: A grey base with pearly pink-silver-lime-emerald shifting shimmer. Named after the collective surface area (which people commonly consider the "brain") that is responsible for numerous functions such as; sensory information, motor control, language, conscious thought, learning, memory, personality and more.

Includes: A single nail polish bottle, housed in a cardboard box.

Application Tips: Use 2-3 coats to achieve desired finish. We recommend using a base and top coat to increase manicure longevity and add the finish you desire (glossy or matte top coat). Shake well before use.
