DESCRIPTION
Winter Frosting: A topper packed with a flurry of multicoloured iridescent (snow)flakes.

Includes: A single nail polish bottle, housed in a cardboard box.

Application Tips:

Shake well before use. Apply 1-2 coats over a crème polish (darker tones provide more contrast for the effect) of your choice or 2-3 coats on its own for an ethereal rainbow twinkle.
